Club Ride: 30 November – Road trip to the Trolls !

20 11 2008

Recovering from his broken arm, Jay is still up for leading us round his local patch.  It’s tight, it’s twisty, it’s technical, it’s got woodwork, it’s got drop offs, it’s got a see saw (I know, you’ve been waiting for ages to ride it), it’s steep in places.  If you liked Swinley, then you’ll love this.  The area’s lovely and free-draining so will give us a nice break from the sea of mud on our local trails.   Some of the handbuilt trails we’ll be riding are Pants Down, P45, Over the Top, Quality Street, Lemon Tart, Chop Suey, Rollercoaster, No Quitting Corner and much much more….Honestly, you’d be mad to miss it.

That said, sorry but it’s not suitable for anyone unconfident on technical trails or without a good level of fitness.  If you’re unsure if that means you, please PM me before turning up.  We’re going to keep numbers small(ish) to keep the ride flowing so let me know below if you’re coming along.  Thanks, Lisa

Ride duration:       4hrs (approx) and about 15 miles
